Make 2023 the Year of Meditation

Have you always wanted to meditate but you’re not sure how? Have you been trying to meditate but you can’t seem to get into it?

Do you want to know more about the different types of meditation?

We have you covered with our new meditation workshops, beginning in January 2023.

The workshops will be led by our own Venerable Tsultrim, a Buddhist nun in the Tibetan tradition and will explore the practicality of meditation in our daily lives.

In particular Tsultrim will focus on how meditation can be applied to our every day routines – it can be as simple as taking the time to wake up a little earlier or even practicing mindfulness while you pet the dog!

If you’re interested in joining Tsultrim for the meditation workshops, the details are as follows:

Workshop #1 – Sunday 15 January 2023, 10am – 12pm, $20 per person (Completed)

Workshop #2 – Sunday 12 February 2023, 10am – 12pm, $20 per person

The workshops are connected, and we encourage you to attend both but it is not essential.

Monday Meditation

We are excited to announce the return of our Monday Meditation sessions, held weekly from Monday January 16. The sessions will focus on beginner techniques and practical exercises for incorporating meditation into your daily life.

They will support the meditation workshops, but it is not required to attend both workshops and weekly sessions.

Date & time: Every Monday 4pm to 5pm

Cost: By donation

Bookings: No booking required
