SOCIAL WORKER

We are seeking a highly motivated Social Worker with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team. Our Social Workers provide comprehensive social work services to improve the quality of life for patients, families and caregivers receiving palliative care support, within the community setting. Service navigation is an integral part of the Social Worker role at Karuna Hospice Services.

• Permanent Part Time – 45.6 hours (0.6 FTE) to 60.8 hours (0.8 FTE) per fortnight. Hours to be negotiated.
• SCHADS Award Level 6 + Not for Profit Salary Packaging
• A competitive remuneration package
• 4 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading plus access to long service leave entitlements after 5 years of continuous service
