Talking about death and dying can sometimes feel confronting. In many parts of our society it has become a difficult topic to discuss openly.
This online session offers a gentle introduction to palliative care and the end-of-life journey, sharing practical guidance and insights that many carers say they wish they had known earlier.
The aim is to provide information, reassurance, and support for people caring for someone with a life-limiting illness.
This session is offered by the team at Karuna Hospice Service in proud partnership with Wellways Carer Gateway, to support patients and families with compassionate palliative care at home.
