Karuna is proud to introduce a new 12-week meditation series: A Mindful Heart.
Led by our Spiritual Care Practitioner, Venerable Gonpo, A Mindful Heart is designed to help participants understand the mind, transform patterns, and live with purpose. The program was developed by the Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom (FDCW), and inspired by the Creating Compassionate Cultures program.
Sessions are beginner-friendly and suitable for anyone interested in exploring meditation. This is a continuous series, however attendance at all sessions is not required.
