PALLIATIVE MEDICINE PHYSICIAN – SPECIALIST DOCTOR
Part-time | Community-based | Windsor, QLD
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Palliative Medicine Physician to work closely with our Community Services Team, providing expert clinical advice, symptom management and end-of-life care planning for patients and families. Working part-time (3 days per week plus weekend on-call), you will support complex cases through a mix of digital consultations, home visits and collaborative care with GPs and specialists. You’ll also contribute to multidisciplinary case reviews, advance care planning, and the ongoing development of Karuna’s reflective and learning-focused clinical culture. This role is ideal for a specialist who values compassionate, person-centred care and wants to make a meaningful difference within a supportive, values-led organisation.

BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER
Full-time | Business Operations | Windsor, QLD
Our Business Support Officer plays a vital role in keeping Karuna running smoothly. As the first point of contact for enquiries, this role provides high-quality customer service while supporting administration, operations, events, projects, WHS and quality systems across the organisation. Working closely with teams across Karuna, including clinical services, leadership, finance and fundraising, you’ll help strengthen systems, improve processes and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role suits someone who is highly organised, people-focused and motivated by working in a purpose-driven health and community organisation.
