For carers of people living with life-limiting conditions
Caring can be a fulfilling journey, but it can also leave little time to rest and recharge. This peer
support group offers carers a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and connect with others
navigating similar experiences. Whether you are currently caring for someone living with a lifelimiting
condition, or you are adjusting to life after the loss of a loved one you cared for, you are
warmly welcome. The caring journey does not end with bereavement, and many people find comfort
in connecting with others who understand both the challenges of caregiving and the experience of
grief.
This fortnightly group focuses on fostering wellbeing, resilience and a sense of belonging. Through
conversation, shared understanding and mutual support, carers can find encouragement, practical
wisdom and moments of renewal. Join us for a chance to pause, reset and connect with a
community that understands. Take time for yourself, share as much or as little as you wish, and be
reminded that your wellbeing matters too. Because caring for yourself is an important part of caring
for others, and healing happens best when we don’t walk alone.
