This In-Person Peer Support Group for carers who are grieving the loss of the person they cared for, offers a warm and welcoming space to share experiences, feel understood and connect with others who have faced loss.
Through compassionate conversations, reflection and mutual support, participants are encouraged to honour their journey, rediscover their strengths and find what sustains them.
The group nurtures acceptance, hope and a sense of belonging, while creating opportunities to build confidence, gain perspective and move forward in ways that feel meaningful and authentic. Grounded in kindness, respect, honesty and courage, it values each person’s unique experience and wisdom.

- Location: Caboolture Library, 4 Hasking Street, Caboolture
- Cost: Free of charge – delivered in partnership with Wellways Carer Gateway. Places are limited so registration is essential.
